We do not offer refunds for our paid courses. Due to bad actors exploiting our system, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we do offer free courses that you can take to access our teaching style before purchasing our paid courses.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between ZinoTrust Academy, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and you, the “Affiliate.” By registering for and participating in the Company’s Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Affiliate Registration
1.1. To become an Affiliate, you must register on the Company’s website, zinotrustacademy.com. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission
2.1. As a registered Affiliate, you are entitled to a commission of 20% for every eligible sale referred by you, subject to these Terms.
2.2. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount after deducting any discounts, returns, or refunds.
3. Payouts
3.1. Commissions earned by Affiliates are eligible for payout on the 7th of the following month but could be at a later date depending on other factors.
3.2. Payouts will be made via PayPal, Bank transfer or USDT, and the Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
3.3. The minimum payout threshold is $50, and payouts below this threshold will be rolled over to the following month until the threshold is reached.
4. Promotion
4.1. Affiliates may promote the Company’s products and services in a lawful and ethical manner.
4.2. Affiliates shall not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising practices.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to review and approve all promotional materials created by Affiliates before use.
5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. The Company may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
6. Modification
6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email, and continued participation in the program after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
